Introduction of High-gloss Piano Finish

High-Grade and Brilliant Mirror Painting (also known as High-gloss Piano Finish) (PU/PE)

PU Mirror medium density fiberboard(MDF), 1-2H hardness , 110℃±5 temperature resistance, 100% waterproof property, discoloration: additives for yellow discoloration resistance,0.25-0.3mm±0.05 film thickness.
PE Mirror medium density fiberboard(MDF), 3-4H hardness , 145℃±5 temperature resistance, 100% waterproof property, 0.9 -1.2mm±0.1 film thickness.

The making process of high-gloss piano finish includes bottoming grinding, colored paint grinding, finish paint grinding and polishing waxing for several times. Then apply equally the finish on the six sides of panel until the hexahedral panel is coated with 250u finish, 2.0h hardness. Higher density could prevent the water permeability from the air that discoloration-proof property maintains for several years as well as finish shedding, deformation, cracking. Pay attention to the completeness of four sides and four concerns, and whether the lines are distorted… For the finished products, flatness, brightness and clarity should also be taken into consideration.
Product Maintenanc

1、Traces will penetrate into the door panel if you write the words on the protection film or door panel with marker or sign pen(including any kind of oil-base pen).

2、Please apply the cleaning naphtha for wiping instead of banana water or solvent naphtha for the stains on door panel surface. Then wipe the surface immediately with the polishing waxes such as car wax or Pledge.

3、Panel cleaning and maintenance for the common consumers：

Brilliant Door Panel of Piano Finish After spraying Magiclean (or any other atomizing cleanser for glass exclusive)on the panel, clean the surface with the cotton cloth or watered towel. Then wipe equally with car wax. Finally, dry the surface with the cotton cloth.
Ceramic backing varnish and Door Panel of Mist Slide Surface After spraying Magiclean (or any other atomizing cleanser for glass exclusive)on the panel, clean softly the surface with the watered cotton cloth. Polishing wax is not applicable.

Solvents with high evaporability such as banana water or gasoline are not applicable as well as strong acid and strong alkali fluids.
